Gather with family and friends and indulge in a generous spread of seasonal favourites and traditional classics. Begin with a vibrant selection of fresh salads from the cold station, before enjoying hearty hot dishes including roasted lamb leg with rosemary jus, roasted herb chicken with gravy, steamed barramundi with lemon caper sauce, crispy duck fat potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Finish on a sweet note with an indulgent dessert selection featuring classic carrot cake, Queensland Eton Mess, lemon meringue tartlets, Easter chocolate mudcake and a chocolate fondue fountain with assorted garnishes, the perfect ending to a joyful afternoon.
