On Mother’s Day weekend, enjoy an elegant high tea designed to delight the senses. A refined selection of handcrafted sweet and savoury delicacies showcases seasonal flavours alongside classic favourites.

The experience begins with delicate savoury creations, beetroot-cured salmon on soft blini with dill cream, goat’s cheese tartlets, and traditional cucumber sandwiches—balanced by the comforting warmth of roasted pumpkin and ricotta, lifted with a hint of lemon myrtle.

Sweet offerings follow with freshly baked rose and raspberry scones, served with jam and vanilla chantilly, accompanied by an array of pastries. Highlights include orange and almond tea cake, passionfruit curd tarts with torched meringue, buttery madeleines, and coconut bundt cake finished with lemon icing.

Served with a choice of fine teas or freshly brewed coffee, this High Tea offers a relaxed and indulgent way to mark the occasion.
