At its heart is our signature Sunshine State pineapple meringue, complemented by raspberry scones with infused raspberry chantilly and Bowen mango choux, alongside savoury favourites such as smoked salmon with dill cream crumpet and pea & mint arancini. Fresh produce, locally sourced, thoughtfully served, every bite is inspired by Queensland and crafted with care.
